Instructions
- Saute apple and onion in a large pot.
- Add water or chicken broth, pumpkin, bay leaf, curry, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.

- Return the pureed soup to the pot.
- Add 1/3 cup milk and simmer for 5 minutes more before serving.
