Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat, raw
  • 1/2 lb. andouille or ham, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1 cup rice, raw
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • green onions
  • parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl or directly in the casserole dish.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased heavy pot or casserole dish that covers tightly.
  3. Cover and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Do not open until finished.
