Quick And Easy Squash Casserole(Microwavable)

- Drain the squash into a large glass casserole dish and slice large pieces with a knife.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup, minced onion, drained mushroom pieces, grated cheese, salt, pepper, and most of the stuffing mix to the squash.
- Stir and mix well until combined.
- Sprinkle the top of the casserole with a layer of stuffing mix.
- Dab approximately 2 tablespoons of butter on top of the stuffing layer.
- Microwave on High for 9 minutes.
- Turn the dish a quarter turn to redistribute heat.
- Microwave for an additional 9 minutes.
