- Combine chopped onion, chopped green pepper, ground beef, and chopped pepperoni in a skillet.
- Cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Return the meat mixture to the skillet.
- Add spaghetti sauce and bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain.
- Arrange cooked spaghetti on an ovenproof platter.
- Spoon the meat sauce over the spaghetti.
- Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 3 to 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
