Quick and easy pizza muffins with savory sauce, melted mozzarella, and your favorite toppings, perfect for a fun family snack or casual meal.

Ingredients

  • 6 English muffins
  • 12 oz. pizza sauce
  • 16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 16 oz. sliced pepperoni
  • 8 oz. ground beef
  • bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef; add pizza sauce and heat thoroughly.
  2. Split the English muffins.
  3. Spoon 1 1/2 tablespoons of the sauce over each split muffin.
  4. Add chopped bell pepper and chopped onion, and sliced pepperoni as desired.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Place on a cookie sheet and put under the broiler for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is browned and bubbly.
