Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Sunmaid Raisins
  • 1 bag 8 oz herbed stuffing mix

Instructions

  1. Cook onion and celery in butter for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add chicken broth and raisins, then bring to a boil.
  3. Gradually stir in the stuffing mix until well combined.
  4. Cover and cook over low heat for 2 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Serve as a side dish, or place in a greased baking dish, refrigerate, then bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until hot.
