Deliciously sticky and sweet rolls with cinnamon, pecans, and caramel-like glaze, perfect for quick desserts or decadent breakfast treats that please family and guests alike.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerator biscuits
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. dark corn syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Separate the refrigerator biscuits, cut each in half, and roll into balls; set aside.
  3. Melt the butter and set aside.
  4. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pecans; mix well.
  5. Dip each biscuit ball first in the melted butter, then in the sugar mixture, coating thoroughly.
  6. Arrange the coated biscuit balls in a greased round cake pan, leaving space between each for spreading.
  7. In a small bowl, combine the remaining sugar mixture with the melted butter and mix well.
  8. Spoon the sugar-butter mixture over the biscuit balls evenly.
  9. Drizzle the dark corn syrup over the top.
  10. Bake at 450°F (232°C) for 10 minutes.
  11. Invert the pan onto a serving plate while warm and serve immediately.
