- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place water in a small saucepan and heat to simmer.
- Remove from heat.
- Add red raspberry herb tea bags, submerging bags completely.
- Set aside to cool; then remove tea bags, squeezing liquid from bags.
- Place chocolate and butter in the top portion of a double boiler and heat over approximately 2 inches of water.
- Heat on low, letting chocolate and butter melt, mixing until well blended.
- In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined.
- Stir in the melted chocolate mixture.
- Add flour and mix until just combined.
- If using, fold in chopped walnuts.
- Pour batter into a greased 8-inch square baking pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
