Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Rainbow Twirls pasta
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. black olives
  • 1/4 c. sliced onions
  • 3/4 c. sliced radishes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. oregano

Instructions

  1. Cook the Rainbow Twirls pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta, shredded Cheddar cheese, sliced onions, sliced radishes, black olives, and chopped cucumber.
  3. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, olive or vegetable oil, minced garlic, and oregano.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the salad evenly and chill for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
