Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 2 cups Kellogg's Raisin Bran
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a huge bowl.
  2. Add the liquids and beaten eggs and mix well.
  3. Fill greased muffin tins sprayed with cooking spray 2/3 full.
  4. Bake at 400° for 15 to 18 minutes.
  5. Don't overcook.
  6. You can store in a sealed covered container in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
  7. These freeze well.
  8. These are very good.
