Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) packages raspberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 3 cups raspberries
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding mix

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine raspberry gelatin and boiling water.
  2. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Fold in raspberries.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until syrupy.
  4. In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted margarine.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch dish to form the crust.
  6. In a mixing bowl, beat the cold milk and instant vanilla pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes.
  7. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  8. Gradually add the pudding mixture to the cream cheese, mixing well.
  9. Layer the pudding mixture over the crust.
  10. Spoon the gelatin mixture over the pudding layer.
  11. Chill until set. Refrigerate leftovers.
