Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 1 quart raspberries, drained
  • 1 pint Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Spread the crushed vanilla wafers in the bottom of an 8 x 8-inch pan.
  2. Beat the egg, powdered sugar, and oleo; spread over the wafer crumbs.
  3. Spread the drained raspberries over the layer.
  4. Spread the Cool Whip on top of the raspberries.
  5. Sprinkle 1/2 cup crushed wafers on top of the Cool Whip.
  6. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
