Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 oz. pkg. sliced smoked beef, snipped
  • 4 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can pitted ripe olives, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • rye crackers

Instructions

  1. Combine smoked beef, shredded Cheddar cheese, sliced olives, chopped onion, and mayonnaise, mixing well.
  2. Spread about 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each rye cracker.
  3. Bake at 375°F for 5 to 7 minutes or until bubbly, or microwave for 45 seconds.
