Ingredients

  • 1 small jar macadamia nuts
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound redfish fillets
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix together milk and eggs in a shallow bowl and set aside.
  2. Pulverize the macadamia nuts.
  3. Add flour, pepper, garlic salt, and parsley to a separate dish.
  4. Dip fish fillets in the milk-egg mixture, then roll in the flour mixture coated with nuts.
  5. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  6. Serve with lemon.
