- Cook and stir chopped onion in hot butter until tender. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and garlic powder.
- Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Bring to a heavy boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in green beans, toasted almonds, and dill.
- Cover. Let stand for about 5 minutes, then serve.
