Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice

Instructions

  1. Brown pork chops and chopped bell pepper in a skillet.
  2. Add uncooked rice, salt, and tomato sauce to the skillet.
  3. Stir in water and bring to a simmer.
  4. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes until the meat is cooked and rice is tender.
