Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
  • 12 oz. can whole kernel corn
  • 8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
  • 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onions and green peppers to the beef, cook until tender.
  3. Stir in canned corn, Cheez Whiz, barbecue sauce, and chili powder.
  4. Simmer the mixture for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve topped with corn chips, if desired.
