Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 pounds cream cheese
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and flour until smooth.
  4. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until set.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.
