Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 cup green pepper
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 or 3 shakes Tabasco sauce
  • 1/10 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef, chopped onion, and green pepper until done.
  2. Drain off excess fat.
  3. Add spaghetti sauce, kidney beans, salt, garlic powder, Tabasco sauce, and cayenne pepper to the cooked mixture.
  4. Simmer the chili for a couple of hours.
