Ingredients
- 8 oz. rosette or other macaroni ⓘ
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper ⓘ
- 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish ⓘ
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. pimiento, chopped ⓘ
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper ⓘ
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing ⓘ
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped ⓘ
- paprika ⓘ
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- Drain and cool.
- Add chopped celery, green pepper, relish, green onions, chopped pimiento, mustard, salt, and white pepper, mixing well.
- Fold in mayonnaise or salad dressing, mixing until evenly coated.
- Gently fold in chopped hard-boiled eggs.
- Refrigerate until serving.
- Garnish with egg wedges, sprinkling with chopped parsley and paprika.
