Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • large jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 box rotini noodles
  • 1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
  • 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • small jar sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, chopped onion, and chopped green pepper; drain.
  2. Prepare rotini noodles according to package directions; drain.
  3. Mix cooked beef mixture, prepared noodles, spaghetti sauce, sliced mushrooms, and sliced pepperoni together.
  4. Spread the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan and cover with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake in a 350°F oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 20-30 minutes.
