Ingredients

  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 cups grated raw apples

Instructions
