Ingredients

  • 2 cups meal
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup potatoes, diced and cooked
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 hot peppers, diced
  • 1 cup pimento cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the meal, cream-style corn, cooked diced potatoes, milk, oil, chopped onion, eggs, sugar, diced hot peppers, and pimento cheese.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
