Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheese
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 3/4 lb. plain flour
  • 4 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 egg white
  • pecans
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Cream the cheese, butter, and Tabasco sauce together.
  2. Add flour and chill the mixture.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut into shapes.
  4. Dip pecans in egg white and place on each shaped biscuit.
  5. Bake in a hot oven at 400°F for 10 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool and dust with powdered sugar.
