Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 (3.9 oz) package instant vanilla pudding (dry)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (12 oz) package chocolate chips
  • 1 cup nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and baking soda in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, pudding mix, and vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture until blended.

  6. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
