Ingredients

  • 2 c. diced turkey or chicken
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. grapes (red, seedless)
  • pistachio nuts or cashews
  • 1/4 tsp. grated onion
  • mayonnaise
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the diced turkey or chicken, drained mandarin oranges, diced celery, grapes, and nuts in a bowl.
  2. Add grated onion, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve on a lettuce leaf, garnished with a dash of paprika.
