Ingredients

  • 1 large can red Alaska salmon
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 package frozen corn and peas
  • 2 cans celery soup
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 teaspoons onion flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring potatoes to a boil and cook until barely tender.
  2. Add frozen corn and peas; bring to a boil again.
  3. Add celery soup, evaporated milk, butter, onion flakes, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Break the salmon into pieces and add to the soup.
  5. Cook until vegetables are done, but do not overcook.
  6. Serve hot.
