Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salmon
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced parsley

Instructions

  1. Clean and flake the salmon.

  3. Mix well until smooth.
  4. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the salmon mixture.
