Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped green olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions and parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped ham
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 3 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped apple
  • 2 teaspoons grated onion
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a big bowl.
  2. Mix very well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Serve cold with rice and shoestring potatoes.
