  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 (10 oz.) can artichoke hearts
  • 1 (10 oz.) can hearts of palm
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine torn romaine and iceberg lettuces, chopped artichoke hearts, chopped hearts of palm, sliced red onion, pimento, salt, and pepper in a salad bowl.
  2. Add Parmesan cheese and toss well to mix everything evenly.
