Ingredients

  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 lb. butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • chopped nuts to taste

Instructions

  1. Sift powdered sugar and cocoa together into a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Pour milk over the sugar and cocoa; add butter pieces on top.
  3. Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir well until smooth.
  5. Stir in vanilla and chopped nuts.
  6. Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan and refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting.
