Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 7 oz. can red salmon
  • 1 c. frozen peas
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • Bisquick

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion in margarine until golden.
  2. Blend in flour. Gradually add mushroom soup and milk, stirring constantly.
  3. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add flaked, boned red salmon to the mixture.
  5. Pour the salmon mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of Bisquick dough on top of the salmon mixture.
  7. Bake at 450°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until biscuits are golden and cooked through.
