Instructions
- Dredge chicken in flour and brown in vegetable oil.
- Transfer the browned chicken to a greased shallow baking dish.
- Set aside.
- Combine orange juice, chili sauce, soy sauce, dark corn syrup, and prepared mustard in a skillet and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the baking dish.
- Cover and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until tender.
