Tips & Substitutions
For an extra flavor boost, consider marinating the chicken in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice for an hour before pounding. You can substitute the ham with prosciutto or turkey bacon for a different taste. If you prefer a lighter sauce, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. To ensure even cooking, make sure the roll-ups are tightly secured.
Serving Suggestions

For a heartier option, consider serving them alongside mashed potatoes or rice to soak up the delicious sauce.
Storage & Reheating
Store any leftover chicken roll-ups in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When reheating, place them in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15-20 minutes, covered with foil to retain moisture. This will help the flavors meld together again.
