Ingredients

  • 1 c. rice, uncooked
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 4 oz. jar chopped pimento
  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions
