Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked sausage
  • 1 lb. lasagna noodles (cooked)
  • 1 lb. ricotta cheese
  • 1 lb. mozzarella (grated)
  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic (chopped fine)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix together half of the parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, half of the grated mozzarella, parsley, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Put some spaghetti sauce in the bottom of the pan.
  3. Cut lasagna noodles in half crosswise.
  4. Place about a tablespoon of ricotta mixture and some sausage on each noodle, then roll up with the seam side down in the pan.
  5. Repeat with all ingredients, then cover generously with remaining sauce and cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
