Instructions
- Cook sausage and crushed garlic until the meat is browned; drain off excess fat.
- Cook sliced summer squash, covered, in a small amount of water until tender; drain.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together cooked squash, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, parsley, salt, and oregano.
- Fold in beaten eggs into the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a 10 x 6 x 1½-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
