Ingredients

  • 3 cups beef bouillon
  • 1/2 teaspoon savory
  • 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
  • 4 to 5 carrots, cut in 2-inch chunks
  • 1 head cauliflower, trimmed
  • 1/2 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 4 to 5 stalks celery, cut in 2-inch chunks
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seed

Instructions

  1. Heat beef bouillon, savory, and tarragon to a boil.
  2. Add cauliflower; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add remaining vegetables (carrots, green beans, celery).
  4. Cover and simmer for an additional 20 minutes.
  5. Make a sauce by melting butter and mixing in sesame seeds and juice.
  6. Arrange the cooked vegetables in clusters on a large platter.
  7. Drizzle the sauce over all the vegetables and serve.
