  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 large onion, grated
  • 3 tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tablespoons flour

Instructions

  1. Cook hamburger, ketchup, mustard, and grated onion in a skillet until the meat is browned and the mixture is well combined.
  2. Mix in dill pickle juice and Worcestershire sauce, and cook over low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Sift flour over the mixture and cook for an additional 15 minutes, stirring often until thickened and cooked through.
