Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • 2 pkg Ritz crackers
  • 1 pkg frozen peas (10 oz.)
  • 1 pkg frozen corn (10 oz.)
  • 2 pkg Provolone cheese (4 to 6 slices each)
  • 2 large tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Mix melted butter, oregano, basil, and sage with crushed Ritz crackers, saving a little for the top.
  2. Create two layers in a baking dish with cracker mixture, frozen peas, frozen corn, sliced tomatoes, and provolone cheese.
  3. Sprinkle the remaining cracker mixture over the top layer.
  4. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove cover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
