Ingredients

  • 1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/4 cups bread crumbs
  • oil for frying
  • 1/4 cup onion

Instructions

  1. Mix tuna, mustard, diced green pepper, salt, pepper, Miracle Whip, and 1/2 cup bread crumbs until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into balls and roll each ball in the remaining bread crumbs.
  3. Flatten the shaped cakes and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet and brown the cakes for 5 minutes on each side until golden.
