Ingredients

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 pound grated Velveeta cheese
  • 3 or 4 chopped jalapeno peppers
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 pound crawfish
  • 1 pound crabmeat

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together well.
  2. Pour the mixture into a rectangular pan.
  3. Bake at 450°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour until golden and cooked through.
