Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. flounder
  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 1 lb. scallops
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1 medium red pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/4 lb. mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Sauté green pepper, red pepper, onion, mushrooms, shrimp, and scallops in olive oil with garlic, basil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Set the sautéed mixture aside.
  3. Broil the flounder until flaky.
  4. Lay the vegetable and seafood mixture on top of the broiled flounder.
  5. Broil for a few more minutes until heated through.
