Ingredients

  • 1 envelope plain gelatin
  • 1 cup seafood (shrimp, crab, tuna)
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 teaspoons chopped olives
  • 3/4 cup cooked salad dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon mild vinegar
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the liquids and spices together.
  2. Add the seafood, chopped celery, chopped green pepper, and chopped olives.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate.
  5. Allow to set until firm, approximately 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  6. If using individual molds, they will set in about 20 to 30 minutes.
