A savory cheese-filled bread pot with dried beef and onions, baked to perfection; ideal for appetizer gatherings or hearty snacks for cheese and meat lovers.

Ingredients

  • 2 round baked bread
  • 4 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. (2 cups) sharp cheese
  • 1 jar dried beef
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onions

Instructions

  1. Scoop out the inside of the bread and save the top part to use as a lid.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, sharp cheese, dried beef, and minced onions until well combined.
  3. Divide the cheese mixture evenly and stuff it inside the hollowed-out bread.
  4. Place the filled bread on a jellyroll pan.
  5. Replace the top bread piece as a lid over the filled bread.
  6. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
  7. Serve with crackers.
