Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a pan, melt the margarine and add cocoa and water.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Pour the hot cocoa mixture over the flour and sugar mixture and stir well.
  4. Add milk, eggs, baking soda, vanilla, and cinnamon to the mixture.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased jelly roll pan.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
