Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 3 cups mashed potatoes, seasoned
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground meat, chopped onion, and garlic in a skillet.
  2. Drain excess fat and add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and drained mixed vegetables.
  3. Mix thoroughly and pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  4. Spread seasoned mashed potatoes over the meat mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  5. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
