Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 can beef bouillon
  • 1 cup long grain white rice
  • 1 cup cooking sherry (20 percent)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine

Instructions

  1. Saute onion in butter until transparent.
  2. Add beef bouillon, rice, and cooking sherry.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  5. Cover and bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour.
