Shilo Salad

Ingredients
- 1 can Shoepeg corn, drained ⓘ
- 1 can whole green beans, drained ⓘ
- 1 small jar pimentos, chopped ⓘ
- 1 cup celery, chopped ⓘ
- 1 cup bell pepper, chopped ⓘ
- 1 bunch green onions or 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can small peas, drained ⓘ
- 3 packages Equal sweetener ⓘ
- 3/4 cup vinegar ⓘ
- 1/4 cup oil ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons water ⓘ
Instructions
- Bring the vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Once boiling, add the sweetener and stir until dissolved.
- Pour the hot mixture over the drained vegetables and chopped pimentos.
- Mix well to combine.
- Chill the salad overnight before serving.
