Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups ground ham
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • chopped nuts (cocktail peanuts)

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Add the ground ham, parsley, grated onion, dry mustard, and hot pepper sauce; mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into a ball shape.
  4. Roll the ham salad ball in chopped nuts (cocktail peanuts) to coat.
